You Don’t Have to Choose Between God and Your Sexuality.
The 5 Day Reset to Leave Behind Religious Trauma for Good and Fully Embrace the Unique Sexuality God Gave You.
You're in bed with your partner, lover, wife or husband.
Things are finally starting to feel good…the vibes are all there.
And then the thoughts come racing in…
Wait. Is this dirty?
Am I a whore?
Is God okay with this?
Is there a man in the sky actually WATCHING ME!?
Why can't I just relax? What if I can't orgasm again?
Suddenly, you're not really there anymore.
You're monitoring your body.
Analyzing his reactions.
Wondering if you're doing too much, not doing enough, or somehow crossing a line you can't even explain.
The pleasure you were beginning to feel gets buried beneath a thousand thoughts.
And the worst part?
You actually WANT to enjoy yourself and you don’t think sex is bad.
But no amount of therapy really seems to “fix” it.
So what if there’s nothing to fix?
Maybe there is something new you’ve gotta build instead….
WHAT IF THE ANSWER IS NOT RUNNING AWAY FROM GOD…
BUT BUILDING A BRIDGE BETWEEN YOUR SEXUALITY AND GOD?
I grew up a minister's daughter.
I saw first hand—and experienced—the ways women's sexuality could be suppressed, distorted, and turned into something to fear.
So I ran.
I left Christianity behind and dove DEEP into the world of sexuality, became a professional dominatrix, immersed myself in the sexual arts, exploring power, desire, fantasy, and the parts of female sexuality many women are taught to hide.
But even after exploring so much, I discovered that sexual freedom alone didn't resolve everything I was searching for.
Then something unexpected happened.
I had a miraculous, encounter with Jesus.
So I came back to Christianity— as a professional dominatrix.
Imagine trying to reconcile those two worlds.
I spent more than a year trying to make those polarities coexist wrestling with the question:
Why were people obsessed with convincing women they had to choose between their sexuality and their relationship with God?
God Never Asked You to Choose…People Did.
I refused the pay the price that modern sex culture, the BDSM industry and the church were asking me to pay.
That I had to give up my sexuality or my faith to be accepted.
So I left the BDSM industry and the church and decided to ask God…
How do I make my kink holy?
Because what if our sexuality and God were never meant to be separated?
I dug deep into the actual ancient Christian teachings away from the institution of the church…
And this is what I found….
When We Stop Separating Our Faith & Sexuality…
Real Healing Happens
WHAT IF YOU'VE BEEN TRYING TO HEAL YOUR SEX LIFE WITHOUT LOOKING AT WHAT MADE YOU FEAR IT IN THE FIRST PLACE?
If you're ready to gently question and rewire beliefs you've inherited about God, your body, and desire—we can begin.
Not with another technique to fix you.
Not with another list of affirmations.
Not with endlessly dissecting your personal trauma.
By going back to the source—and asking what those teachings actually mean.
THIS IS NOT ANOTHER SEXUAL SHAME DETOX COURSE.
We're going to explore the Bible passages and Christian teachings that have shaped so many women's relationships with their bodies.
What does it mean that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit?
Does “deny the flesh” really mean denying your physical body and sexuality?
What was Jesus teaching about lust—and how has that teaching been applied to women's bodies?
How should we really interpret Paul's teachings about sex, marriage, celibacy, and women's voices?
What happens when we read the Song of Songs as poetry that celebrates desire?
And what can the complicated stories of Biblical women teach us about power, sexuality, and the labels placed on women?
We won't pretend every passage has an easy answer. We'll look at context, question inherited interpretations, and make room for thoughtful exploration.
You don't have to agree with every conclusion. You get to think, ask questions, and decide what you believe.
The goal isn't to replace one rigid set of rules with another.
It's to begin building a relationship with your body—and with God—that is honest, thoughtful, and truly your own.
YOUR 5-DAY JOURNEY
In this mini course you will receive one 10-15 minute teaching everyday and a workbook to integrate and tie it all together.
DAY 1 — WHO TAUGHT YOU TO BE ASHAMED OF YOUR BODY?
Re-examine teachings about purity, modesty, lust, and “denying the flesh.” What does Scripture say, and what have you been taught it means?
DAY 2 — DID PAUL WANT WOMEN TO BE LESS SEXUAL OR LOUD?
Explore biblical teachings about sex, marriage, celibacy, submission, and women's voices—with room for historical context and different interpretations.
DAY 3 — THE BIBLE'S LOVE POETRY: RECLAIMING SACRED DESIRE
Discover the Song of Songs and explore what it might mean to see desire, sensuality, and the body through a sacred lens.
DAY 4 — THE ORIGINAL POWER WOMEN OF THE BIBLE
Revisit the stories of Delilah, Bathsheba, Jezebel, and other women whose sexuality and power have been interpreted in complicated ways. Look beyond simplistic labels and ask what their stories can teach us.
DAY 5 — REBUILD THE BRIDGE BETWEEN YOUR BODY AND GOD
Bring it all together through reflection, prayer, and practical exercises designed to help you explore your own beliefs, boundaries, desires, and relationship with God. Start to see your sexuality as a sacred gift from God, rather than a random separate experience.
IMAGINE WHAT COULD BEGIN TO CHANGE WHEN YOU STOP TREATING YOURSELF LIKE THE PROBLEM.
Imagine being more present in your body instead of monitoring yourself through someone else's imagined judgment.
Feeling more comfortable expressing what you want—and what you don't.
Exploring your desires with curiosity instead of automatically labeling them wrong.
Giving yourself room to experience pleasure without turning every sensation into a spiritual interrogation.
Making space for your questions about Jesus, Scripture, and sexuality without feeling that asking those questions makes you a bad person.
And beginning to see that you can honor your boundaries, respect your body, and explore your relationship with God at your own pace.
You don't have to abandon your faith to explore your sexuality. You don't have to abandon your sexuality to pursue your faith.
What if the next step isn't choosing between the girl who loves God and the wild woman—but discovering who you are when neither one has to fight for permission to exist?
You don't have to figure it all out today.
You can start with five days. Five days of asking better questions, looking at familiar teachings with fresh eyes, and opening a conversation with God that is honest about the woman you really are.
THE HOLY KINK SEXUALITY RESET
Five days. A fresh look at Scripture. A new way to explore the relationship between your sexuality and God. You’ve got this babe!
This is an educational and spiritual reflection experience, not a substitute for trauma-informed therapy or medical care. You are always in charge of your boundaries, your pace, and what feels right for you.
